At RNX BMX, we stand behind the quality of our bicycle components and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
Products that have been installed, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@rncbmx.com or (239)601-7740. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Pack and Ship: Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) using a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
