These are the lightest titanium cranks we have produced yet and also the first heat treated arms that allow us to push the limits on weight and strength.
Arms and spindle are CNC machined from heat treated and aged 6al-4v aerospace grade titanium with a 170,000 ultimate tensile strength.
The arms and spindle attach together using what's called a Hirth joint. This makes installation super easy just bolt and unbolt your crank arms. No pounding your arms on and off with a hammer or needing special install tools. Just a 12mm hex key.
Comes with a built in adjustable threaded cone washer. This allows you to preload your bearings if you want to run your cranks tight so they don't spin or loose depending on your preference.
The flush mount bolts are made from Maraging 300 steel with a 300,000 ultimate tensile strength. This is the most critical strength part of the crank so we chose the strongest material available.
Spline drive cranks have the Profile flower shape built into the arms. Also available in bolt drive.

Available in 125-195mm lengths in 2.5mm increments.
100% made in the USA with only US produced titanium.
Cranks are made to order and require 1-2 weeks to produce.
