All crank products sold by RNCBMX are custom manufactured and made specifically to order for each customer.
Production of custom products may begin shortly after an order is placed. Because products are manufactured specifically for the customer, all sales are considered custom orders.
Orders may only be canceled if production has not begun. Once production, machining, manufacturing, or processing has started, orders cannot be canceled.
RNCBMX reserves the sole right to determine whether production has begun.
Due to the custom-made nature of RNCBMX crank products:
No refunds will be issued without prior written approval from RNCBMX.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval remains solely at the discretion of RNCBMX.
Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:
Approved refunds, if granted, may be subject to processing fees, material costs, manufacturing costs, or other applicable deductions.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights required by applicable law.
RNCBMX makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.
RNCBMX reserves the right to modify product specifications, designs, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
Products are provided "as is" except where warranties are required by law.
RNCBMX does not guarantee that products are suitable for every application, riding style, or use condition.
Customers assume all risks associated with installation and use of products.
RNCBMX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from this website.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
