Every component has been designed from the ground up to redefine what a bicycle chain can be. Precision CNC machined from aerospace materials, advanced heat treatment, surface engineered, and built to be rebuilt—not replaced—this is a drivetrain component unlike anything that has come before.
That means riders no longer have to choose between ultimate strength and lightweight performance. This chain delivers both.
Every plate and roller is CNC machined from solid aerospace-grade Ti-6Al-4V titanium. Unlike conventional stamped chain components, each part is individually machined to exacting tolerances before being heat treated and aged to approximately 170,000 psi ultimate tensile strength.
The titanium components are then black nitrided to approximately 70 HRC, producing an exceptionally hard, wear-resistant surface while preserving the strength and toughness of the titanium beneath.
The result is a drivetrain component engineered for exceptional wear resistance, reduced friction, and long-term durability without sacrificing weight.
Titanium also forms a naturally protective oxide layer, providing outstanding corrosion resistance. Unlike conventional carbon steel chains, it will not rust when exposed to rain, mud, humidity, or coastal environments.
A chain is only as strong as its pins.
Each pin is precision machined from Maraging 350 steel and heat treated to approximately 350,000 psi ultimate tensile strength before receiving the same black nitriding process to achieve a surface hardness of approximately 70 HRC.
This combination produces an exceptionally strong core with an ultra-hard wear surface capable of withstanding tremendous loads while maintaining excellent toughness.
Maraging steel is also highly resistant to corrosion compared with conventional high-carbon chain steels, and the black nitrided surface further improves wear and corrosion performance for long service life.
Unlike traditional bicycle chains that use permanently riveted pins, every pin in this chain is precision threaded.
Any individual link can be removed and replaced in minutes without replacing the entire chain, making servicing simple while dramatically extending the usable life of the chain.
Rather than being a disposable wear item, this chain is engineered to be maintained for years.
Every chain is treated with a burnished tungsten disulfide (WS₂) dry-film lubricant.
Unlike conventional wet lubricants that attract dirt and eventually wash away, WS₂ becomes embedded within the microscopic surface of the metal, creating an extremely low-friction interface between moving components.

Because the WS₂ coating remains bonded to the metal surface, it continues providing boundary lubrication even after conventional oils have diminished. Under typical riding conditions, riders can expect hundreds of miles of reduced-friction operation before supplemental lubrication becomes beneficial, although maintenance intervals will always depend on weather, terrain, and riding conditions.
This is more than a bicycle chain.
It is a complete re-engineering of one of cycling's most fundamental components.
Each half link comes with two plates a roller and a set of threaded pins.
Every order over 60 links comes with two 6mm sockets for removing the pins and thread locker for the install.
