Cnc machined from 6061-t651 aluminum with a 3d machined concave surface for comfort. Ultra thin mid section of only 7mm thick.
The spindle is a hybrid. Maraging 350 steel being used for the pedal threads and bushing area and with a 6al-4v rod that connects to the outter bearing for weight savings.
Maraging 350 steel has a ultimate tensile and yield strength of 350,000psi the highest of any metal. This spindle gives you the weight of titanium without sacrificing strength.
The outer bearing is a dual row angular contact bearing. These have both radial and axial support unlike other sealed bearings companies use.
The bushing has outer and inner oring seals to keep grease in the bushing area.
6al-4v titanium end caps.
Available in two sizes the XL is 125mm x 120mm and the Large is 110mm by 110mm.
Weight is 328 grams for Large and 355 for XL
